Remove Bground grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to access and use our in-browser AI tools. You are explicitly authorized to use output images (cutouts, transparent PNGs, color-replaced images) for:

• Personal projects: Profile pictures, photo albums, graphic design, social media posts, and creative art.
• Commercial projects: E-commerce product catalogs (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay), advertising creatives, corporate presentations, and marketing materials.
• Client work: Freelance and agency design deliverables.

No attribution or backlink to Remove Bground is required, though appreciation is always welcomed.

3. User Content & 100% Ownership Retention

Because Remove Bground processes your images exclusively within your browser's local sandbox, we do not upload, host, view, or claim any ownership or copyright rights over the images you process or the resulting cutout files.

You represent and warrant that you own or possess the necessary rights and permissions to use and manipulate any images you load into the tool, and that your use does not violate the intellectual property or publicity rights of any third party.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service for any improper or unlawful activities, including:

• Processing images depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual imagery, or severe violence.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or compromise the vulnerability of our website infrastructure or static CDN distribution.
• Engaging in denial-of-service attacks or automated scraping that disrupts server performance for other users.
• Misrepresenting generated images to defraud, defame, harass, or impersonate individuals without consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Remove Bground is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

While our AI models strive for high-precision edge separation and clean cutouts, automated processing may occasionally produce edge artifacts or imperfect results depending on image contrast and subject complexity. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific technical or production criteria without manual review.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Remove Bground, its creators, contributors, and hosting providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Open-Source Software Notices

Our application incorporates open-source software libraries, including the IS-Net neural network architecture (MIT License, Copyright © Xuebin Qin) and the ONNX Runtime Web library (MIT License, Copyright © Microsoft Corporation). Applicable open-source licenses govern the underlying software components.
